With a wealth of experience gained in more than 10 years of practice in the legal field, Radu is one of those lawyers who have acted for all possible sides, be it as in house adviser for major companies or as outside counsel for various public and private entities. His main areas of expertise are M&A, Corporate and Real Estate.
